By Dan CawleyThe Tomcat® adhesive traps used in many of the Tomcat brands are made from a special adhesive used to hold the glue in place.
These adhesive traps have a small pocket in the top that you can insert your finger into and pull the trap out.
They have a few advantages over the traditional glue trap.
First of all, these traps are much easier to clean.
Unlike traditional glue traps that have to be wiped down and sanitized every time you put your finger in the trap, you can just remove it and clean it off with a damp cloth or a paper towel.
It’s just as easy to wipe off as to put it back on.
The traps also last longer than other adhesive traps.
As a result, you’ll be able to reuse them for years to come.
The only downside is that they’re very hard to clean because the adhesive will get trapped in the small pocket.
That means you can’t just rinse them off with water and dry them.
Instead, you have to soak the trap in a little bit of water for about 20 seconds and then use a damp paper towel to wipe it down with.
Then you just rinse it off again.
